We first used Lisa to help with our living room, which we needed to redo from top to bottom. I was immediately impressed with Lisa's questions, how she listened, and really understood our family and our style. For example, she thoughtfully created ways to have additional seating, given our large extended family, without clunking up the room. She nailed my taste and aesthetic perfectly the first time. Since then, we have used Lisa for redesign of a family room, dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms. Her eye for design is unmatched, and her personal care over every detail of the execution of installation goes above and beyond. I would not think of anyone else - her work is beautiful!

Lisa Rozario transformed what was an adequate room into a room of delight, utility, comfort, and loveliness. We are fortunate to have a sunroom at the rear of our home that faces a local golf course in our area. The room has a lovely open view that includes the expanse of the course and several mature trees. It serves as a welcoming place for entertaining friends, for family dinners, our base for bird watching and for other activities.

When we asked Lisa about taking on an update of the room, she offered us various options for her services. We decided that Lisa had the expertise to sort our needs, find the appropriate furniture and accessories for the space and make the changes to improve the look and accessibility of the room to fit our lifestyle and expectations. She began her work immediately with us and mapped a plan for the room which included dining furniture, window shades, leisure seating, lighting, painting, etc.

We visited furniture stores to find our new dining table. Lisa steered us to a beautiful one that had built-in expandable leaves to accommodate 14-16 dining spaces when our family joins us for celebrations. When the additional seating is not needed the table can comfortably seat 10. She researched and found dining chairs that were comfortable and matched beautifully with the table. In use, the table has been a pleasure and our family loves it! In addition, Lisa guided us to find a wonderful console table and a compact storage unit. All the furniture pieces work well in the room. In addition, Lisa researched and found a wonderful chandelier for lighting over the new dining furniture. As a layperson, I never would have found this terrific fixture and if I saw it I doubt I would have had the artistic sense to foresee how fantastic it would look.

Knowing that we enjoy our view and appreciation of the bird life we see from the room, Lisa urged us to express our enthusiasm. She suggested having chair pillows made for two new lovely sitting chairs in the room. We went to the fabric store to select the fabric for the pillows and Lisa found a pattern design of various types of birds. Just perfect for our look in the room and a wink to our appreciation of our pastime. A small table set between the chairs features a bird and branch metalwork base. In all, the area works beautifully.

Facing a golf course can be lovely and it can be a challenge to privacy at times. Lisa had shades installed that blocked outsider views of our room but enabled us to see the outdoors – and the golfers!
Color sense is one of Lisa’s gifts. She has the knack to select colors and combinations of color that lift the spirit and makes one smile. The colors selected for our sunroom are calming with a kick of great color on a main stucco wall. The selection is something only her talent and designer expertise could have imagined. We love the space and enjoy our sunroom tremendously.

In all, it has been a pleasure to work with Lisa Rozario. Her abilities are fine tuned not only to décor but to develop a trusting relationship with her client.

I did a large construction project on the 1st floor of my home that included a full kitchen renovation and merging of Kitchen/DR/Family Room to an open concept.
